Barrow
John Barrow has been in the IT industry since 1977 initially in the development
of complex communication and application systems. He has been a consultant
since 1990 and has gained wide ranging experience in both the public and private
sectors. John is currently a consultant with the Office of Government Commerce
(OGC) Strategic Assignments Consultancy Service.
John's consultancy skills and expertise include:
- Business requirement analysis, strategic level feasibility studies, the
development of business cases and investment appraisals.

Howard
Michaela Howard specialises in Information Systems (IS) and Communications
consultancy, including business led IS, IT and communications strategies.
She has over 20 years experience in IS, IT, management and communications
consultancy.
This experience is complemented by more than 20 years of practical IT and
communications experience gained in the IT industry in design, specification,
implementation, project management and consultancy roles. She is a well known
in the UK IT industry for her involvement with standards development. Her
experience includes:

Nigel
Wheatley
Nigel Wheatley is an information technology specialist who has the ability
to rapidly identify business and user needs, formulate strategic objectives
and then deliver practical IT solutions. Mr Wheatley's experience spans the
spectrum from detailed system design to promoting the strategic business benefits
of IT at Board level.
A proven track record of notable projects demonstrate his technical knowledge
and interpersonal skills. Mr Wheatley has undertaken business analysis, strategies,
procurement, system design, and development of sophisticated systems. In addition,
he is capable of applying complex IT systems to business issues and then presenting
their benefits to senior management in a clear and lucid manner. His skills
and expertise includes:

Wynne
Greg Wynne has many years experience in the IT and telecommunications industry
including computer systems, applications and data and voice networks. Greg
has recently been involved in the development of e-commerce, e-government
and Internet solutions. His skills and experience include:
- Undertaking business requirement analysis, strategic level feasibility
studies, strategy development and investment appraisals
- Procurement (including EC and CCTA TAP), contract negotiations, producing
service level requirements and agreements (SSRs and SLAs) and operational
requirements (ORs)

- Undertaking security and risk analysis investigations
