The IT review requires two visits to your business. The first involves meetings with senior management, including those responsible for IT, and also key staff, particularly those who are 'power users' of IT. At the second meeting the recommended actions are presented to the senior managers and the implications of those recommendations are discussed in order for everyone to fully appreciate what is required to ensure that IT can be used to deliver greater profitability.
